Another Water Bottling Plant Permit Has Been Requested!!!

Dear friends, I heard from Sandy from Water for Flatheads Future today. What I feared at the start of all this is coming to be. This was what I received from Sandy: Here's my message to the petition signers from Sandy Perry, chair, Water for Flathead's Future. Dear Concerned Neighbors, Just as we feared, another water rights permit request has been submitted just down the road from this first one for another bottling plant. Unless we succeed in thwarting these efforts, our beloved Flathead Valley is about to be overrun with industrial bottling plants seeking to take easy profits by mining our pristine aquifers. They have had a two year head start - and we're trying to organize and raise money just as fast as we can. Here's how you can help: 1. Visit www.waterforflatheadsfuture.org and join the email list. We will provide regular updates and calls to action. 2. Be prepared to donate money. The website is still very much in development, but we will soon provide more information about why we need funds and how to contribute. Mostly we need lawyers and consultants.
