DNRC Window is open now through April 7th!

Now is the time to go to the DNRC and object: you can now officially file a Objection with the DNRC now through April 7th! http://dnrc.mt.gov/.../forms/611-u3-25-2016_fillable.pdf One of our supporters Kenzie Harvey gave us this awesome information: PLEASE NOTE... You DO NOT NEED TO HAVE WATER RIGHTS TO OBJECT. On the first page of Form 611, it states in #3, "How do you have standing to file this objection? - A person has standing if his or her property, water rights, or interests would be adversely affected by the proposed appropriation. Explain your interest and how it would be adversely affected." Be specific and factual, but list everything. #4 is IF you have water rights. If you do, you would fill out that section as well. Page 2 under item "A", #1-7 a) and b) are all an issue. You may have to do your homework, but it is SO WORTH IT! Thank you Kenzie!
