For authorizing the use of excessive force and tear gas on peaceful protesters. For his inaction on the rogue conduct of those under his command. For his inability to lead a Milwaukee police department that is wrought with malfeasance. For refusing to fire Mike Mattioli for the murder of Joel Acevedo. For his callous attitude toward those seeking a new direction in local law enforcement. 

We the residents of Milwaukee, WI have lost all confidence and faith in Chief Alfonso Morales' ability to lead the Milwaukee police department and therefore, we demand :

1. He submit his resignation immediately

2. The Fire and Police Commission terminate his contract
