Update to STOP THE BULLYING WITHIN WARREN SHIRE COUNCIL

Since the initial letter of complaint referring to the incident on 3rd May 2018 where a Warren Shire Council employee forced me off a stretch of a single tar road,I have received one more response from the General Manager of Warren Shire Council. This response states that he cannot positively identify the named person as the culprit,even thou he did the same thing in two separate instances a short time apart and both times he was positively identified. The General Manager appears to be trying to cover this up and then divert onto my past as an employee and that "I didn`t agree with Council`s decision at the time." I have since written a further response bringing up some more valid points about the driver and also about the serious bullying issue. I asked if it was normal for Council to "set people up and attempt to blackmail them if they refuse to leave". I also asked if blackmail is illegal. I also asked if it is right that a person in a senior position can bully an employee with the intentions of that person quitting so the person in the senior position can line that position up for his spouse. I asked if that was the case, would he consider it cronyism and if he thought that it was an act of corruption. I asked if it is common practice to manipulate a complainant`s words to give the perception of Council being in the right and spin doctoring the complainant `s words. I also asked if the recently introduced antibullying courses were a smokescreen to give the perception of Council attempting to stop bullying and to mask its own bullying as "poor performance or behaviour discpline". I am awaiting a response. I truly believe that actions such as these shown by Management of Warren Shire Council need to be exposed to as many sections of the community as possible so that people are aware of how underhandedly these people behave. I will provide further updates when I hear back from the General Manager of Warren Shire Council ,or a legal representative. I believe that Senior employees of this Council should be held accountable for their actions just as in any organisation.
