Stop the Bullying within Warren Shire Council,Warren NSW

Since I began this petition 2 years ago, I have met with the new General Manager of Warren Shire Council. He told me that because it was before his time, there was little he could do. I gave him a report that I had complied describing the details of my case and the serious extent of the bullying problem. He indicated to me that he had forwarded my complaint the the ICAC as I have implicated corrupt behaviour within parts of management at Warren Shire Council. I have little faith in the ICAC as I have informed them of this case on more than one occasion in the past. I also did the same with Work Cover NSW , the Local Government Department ,Fair Work Australia and the Equal Opportunities Commission.It appears that it is too long ago now. That is what these people say but the damage from this unfair and destructive behaviour will remain for a long time. I have lost faith in the system.It appears that these people can hide behind the local government employee status and also try to bluff by saying that it is confidential.Well as far as I am concerned,I am now a recalcitrant and nobody will mute my efforts. I will never stop telling people of the corrupt behaviour of certain elements of management within Warren Shire Council. To add a further update to the above information, on Thursday 3rd May 2018, I was run off the road by a Warren Shire Council workshop truck on a shared Warren Shire Council /Narromine Shire Council boundary road. I reported this incident to the General manager in writing on the 8th May 2018. I accurately described the location,time,day and date as well as positively identifying the driver. A short time later this same person was identified as the driver of the same Council vehicle that caused him to move off the tar near the village of Nevertire. The response from Council was very disappointing, evasive and addressed the driver as "an unidentified council worker". I have since written back to council asking why it appears to be covering up this serious issue. I have informed the Police of the issue and the name of the other person who had to take evasive action to avoid the Council workshop truck. I asked many questions. It has come to light that recently there was a similar incident close to the Warren township(Rifle Range Road) where a council dirt truck was involved. I asked if initially the wrong person was identified and was threatened with dismissal. I also asked if that same person has also been a victim of serious bullying and if there was an attempt to "set him up" because of his complaints of bullying. In addition I asked if this is a common practice of Council to "stitch people up" who it considers to be troublemakers. I asked why my incident had not been given the same priority as that of the prominent business person who was forced off the road on the Rifle Range Road. I am still waiting for a response. I believe that I am still being bullied by council many years after I was forced out of employment in Warren Shire Council. All of this because I took a stand against bullying from previous senior management. I am updating this story because I would like the community to be made aware of how management of this council operates. If some attempt to gag me is made the information will already be out there. What will it take to hold management of this Council to accountability for what I believe to be calculated and unconscionable behaviour?
