The Issue
The advertised height for ladders is a lie. A 6 foot ladder with an unusable final step is really a 4 foot ladder with a 6 foot tall shelf. Ladder packages should advertise the safe usable height and not the full ladder height. This cause is endorsed by Rex Rouse at Safe Steps Training.
