I am writing on behalf of myself and the 450 plus individuals who signed the online petition below demanding the Irvine Company to do more during this time by offering residents an actual reduction in rent. The Irvine Company claims to remain a partner, neighbor and friend during this crisis. A rent deferral does not demonstrate a true partnership with your community. Those who have lost their jobs or are facing financial difficulties during this pandemic need REAL relief now. The Irvine Company needs to take the partnership with its community seriously and offer a rent reduction during these uncertain times.
