An innocent man was convicted of murder in 2018 and has to go to prison for life with no evidence there is no weapon ever recovered there are only bystanders and hearsay nobody actually seen him do a crime no weapon was ever recovered nobody ever seen him do the crime there's just people that did here say but yet the people that they used as Witnesses one of them took a piece of property from the victim that the witness admitted to taking on top of that the witnesses that were called upon have been involved with legal matter themselves but yet there's someone that sat in a car 30 feet away who claim they seen the accused while there was supposedly a crowd of people bar closing time fight going on so how is that the stories of this matter has changed multiple times the biggest key that I see is it stormed from Midnight until 6 a.m. and was foggy on that day that the alleged crime happen but nobody brought up the weather how it stormed so I look at this as being racial profiling an innocent black man once again behind bars for a crime he did not commit and that they only have hearsay from Witnesses no actual weapon or evidence was ever found it is very unfair that a man has his life taken for a crime he did not commit Scott County Courthouse the Iowa courts of appeal denied to hear his appeal so we going to sit around let this be another statistic let another innocent man lose the life of his own but also miss out on the life of his children for another 20 or 30 or for life
