The Invisible Touch: Protect Survivors of Sexual Violence

The Issue

Too many predators walk free. Too many enablers stay silent. Too many survivors are denied justice.

The Invisible Touch petition is a call to action to end the silent epidemic of child sexual abuse. Too many cases go unreported, too many survivors are silenced, and too many offenders escape justice because of legal loopholes and a culture of silence.

We demand a system that protects children first, holds every enabler accountable, and removes the barriers to justice for survivors.

This is not just about changing laws — it’s about breaking a cycle of abuse that has been allowed to continue for generations.

  1. No Statute of Limitations for Offenders
End all statutes of limitations on prosecuting sexual offenders, ensuring survivors can seek justice whenever they are ready.
  2. Accountability for Mandatory Reporters
Remove statutes of limitations for mandatory reporters involved in a case, holding them responsible for failures to report abuse.
  3. Equal Consequences for Silence
Require mandatory reporters, perpetrators, and witnesses who failed to come forward to be placed on the same sex offender registry as the predator.
  4. Expanded Legal Definition of Sexual Assault
Broaden the legal definition to include all forms of sexual abuse, exploitation, and coercion, ensuring comprehensive protection under the law.
