The ICC and ICJ to arrest Netanyahu and his cabinet officials for war crimes in Gaza and Palestine
Day 370 of the Israeli war in Gaza has resulted in a devastating human toll. A staggering 41,788+ people have been killed, including 16,795 children and 19,000 women. The vast majority of these deaths - 38444 are civilians. This also includes the loss of life among journalists reporting on this crisis; a total of 170+ have been killed.
The physical injuries are even more widespread with over half a million people injured - exactly 501,112 individuals bearing the scars of this conflict. The displacement is massive as well; approximately 1,850,000 people have been rendered homeless due to these actions.
The infrastructure has not been spared either. A total of 286 schools and 124 health facilities have suffered damage during this period. It is estimated that an overwhelming majority – about eighty-five percent – of Gaza's population has been displaced due to these events. 60% children and women and 92% civilians
This situation calls for immediate attention and action from international bodies responsible for upholding justice and human rights worldwide. We urgently urge the International Court of Justice (ICJ), International Criminal Court (ICC) and UN Security Council (UNSC) to investigate the war crimes by Netanyahu and his government cabinet officials. To arrest Netanyahu, Yoav Gallant, and cabinet officials involved in their war crimes.
