Dear supporters,

Thanks to your voices, your shares, and your stories—we made it to national television.

📺 A Current Affair featured our campaign to protect the NDIS, exposing how government cost-cutting threatens disabled Australians and the families who support them.

NDIS funding cuts send Aussie families to the brink – A Current Affair

This media spotlight is a huge win—but it’s also just the beginning.

What’s Happening Now?
Fresh leaks suggest the government is moving forward with drastic cost-reduction strategies that go far beyond the already discredited Independent Assessments. These plans could:

Strip vital supports from families already in crisis
Accelerate burnout for carers with no relief in sight
Increase the risk of violence, neglect, and institutionalisation for vulnerable Australians
Leave children and adults without the support they need to survive, let alone thrive
And these decisions are happening behind closed doors.

What You Can Do Next
We need your help to keep the pressure on:

Share the petition again—especially with international allies, disability organisations, and professionals.
Tag your local MP, Minister Bill Shorten, or the Australian Human Rights Commission. Ask them to take action before irreversible harm is done.
Post the A Current Affair link with a comment on why you signed and why the NDIS matters. Personal stories make a difference.

We’ve Been Seen. Now Let’s Be Heard.
We’ve already proven this issue matters to the media. Now let’s show it matters to the world.

Thank you for standing with us,
