Thankfully Bob Iger has left the Disney Corporation, since he is now succeeded by Josh D'Amaro. Perhaps ideas could be to write Josh on selling The Muppets back to Henson. And with the Sesame Street characters back to Henson, I'm not sure about that. But anyway, other unfortunate news is Paramount and Warner Bros are merging, thanks to David Zaslav and as he wants to keep all the money to himself, and after he leaves Warner Bros. I would like to think that actors, writers, producers, directors, movie studio employees and screenwriters are trying to not make this happen. Because hundreds of people would lose their jobs with this merger happening, as though it may unfortunately be too late. Steve Whitmire also agrees that Michael Eisner had interested for The Muppets for years, but he didn't force the Henson family to sell. Though I feel Disney could've possibly used threats for not making the Henson's sell the Muppets to Disney in 2004.
