Bogus Charges: 2 Lawyers for the State, none for the Accused!

The trial of a tortured Kakwenza Rukirabashaija got off in a botched unfair fashion as the State secretly got him remanded to Kitalya Prison till 21/01/2022 in the absence of and without notice to his lawyers at 9:05am. 

This ensured that an SFC TORTURED Kakwenza Rukirabashaija remains hidden from public view, choice medical attention and media scrutiny. 

The secret charging is to allow time for torture signs to heal to irrigate the propaganda that SFC didn’t torture him though they drained blood � and tears � from his tall frame.

Without his lawyers, he couldn’t apply for bail or pursue his other legal remedies. It was not only his lawyers that were locked out of the formal charging. So too were his family, potential sureties and the media which the eye of the public in this inherently farce process that pools KAKWENZA RUKIRABASHAIJA, President Museveni and his son Muhoozi Keinerugaba on the same charge sheet - setting the scene for using the court as an instrument for political persecution by people who defy the 1995 Constitution and pretend to enforce the Computer Misuse Act. 

Injustice anywhere, as Martin Luther King Jr. counseled, is a threat to justice everywhere.
