The state of Louisiana needs to change their enforcement on leaving pets outside 24/7. They need to change what they consider "animal abuse/neglect.” It is currently illegal to leave pets inside of hot vehicles, but what about leaving them on a chain in the yard in the freezing & frigid temperatures and rain outside?? How is that any different?

Animals are considered family members, they are not to be bought to have just tied up in someone’s yard the entire time. The thought of my pets spending days and nights outside alone is heartbreaking in itself! I treat animals with respect and kindness, because they don’t have a voice to fight for themselves!  

Help me be the voice for these animals who are stuck in inhumane situations, that can’t speak up, and help give them the happy life they deserve!! They deserved to be loved and cared for properly!  

This is something that seriously needs to be enforced and illegal! It is inhumane and those poor animals deserve better!! This is ONE of the main reasons I have more compassion & sympathy for animals more than I do most people. They’re the most kindest creatures and want nothing more but to be loved and cherished... Just for some people in the world to turn their back on them!
