Currently, the board of directors for the affluent town, The Glen, in Glenview IL is planning an underwater trapping of the beavers living in their retention pond. This underwater trapping would cause them to drown in a horrific and painful death. Their reasoning is that the beavers are causing damage to the tress surrounding the pond. However, there are humane ways to deal with this situation, such as trapping and relocating the beavers, placing metal wire around the bases of trees, and using tactics to deter beavers from living there in the first place. Or, they could learn to live together peacefully, as it is humans who are infringing upon the homes of animals after all. 

So, please tell the The Concord at The Glen Homeowner Association and it's board of directors to put a halt to their barbaric plan, and find a humane solution.
