Council has adopted the following recommendations of Council’s Local Traffic Committee:

1. The Committee recommends support for Option 3, involving back to

back right turn bays, to allow right turns into both Wheeo Street and

Govetts Street, and a left turn only opening at Shuttle Parade, subject

to:

• Analysis of the capacity of the right-turns to ensure the proposed

storage length is adequate.

• The works being funded and built as part of the current Special

Infrastructure Contribution (SIC) works on Hambledon Road.

2. The Member for Riverstone and concerned residents be advised of

Council’s decision.

Currently we are working on the capacity analysis of the proposed right turn bays as recommended above.
