We just received this confirmation:

"...confirm the Board meeting that is taking place this week. The Board meeting is Wednesday, November 17th at 6pm at The Gathering Place: 5818 NW Loop 410. The Board will consider your appeal, and you will have 10 minutes to share with them directly. Post-sharing, the Board will deliberate in a closed session. Once they have a decision, they will return and take Board action on the expulsion. Their decision is final and may not be appealed."

I also spoke with a lawyer who will take further action if the board doesn't rule in Jasper's favor.
