INTRODUCTION

Our mission is to aid farmers affected by poverty and budget shortages. We envision enough financial support for farmers to live free from poverty and hunger. Thousands of Filipino farmers are struggling to meet their financial obligations. Even their wages, are decreasing even more, it went to their crop's expenses rather than their family's needs. That's why they're lacking in financial resources because they are focusing on their crops. That is why we're eager to implement "The Farmers Support PH: Giving Financial Support to All the Farmers in the Philippines" so that we can lessen their worries in terms of finances and help them to provide for their family's needs.

Who has the power to help the Filipino farmers?

One of our natural resources provider is the farmer; the government and we the people in this society have the power to support and help them. If we're going to help them, they will have a chance to develop our country in terms of farming; they can also provide more crops that they can sell immediately, and they have the possibility of having a higher income. The Filipino farmers can finally spend their extra money on their families instead of spending almost all of it on farm expenses.

The problem we want to solve.

According to the Philippine Statistics Authority, the average day wage for Filipino farmworkers in 2019 was P331.10. That's hardly fair pay for the labor they undertake, and it's nothing near enough to sustainably feed families. Farmers are frequently forced to sell the fruits of their labor for such cheap prices that one wonders if the payoff is ultimately worth the effort after toiling under the sun each day to meet our most basic needs. 

PURPOSE

This fundraising project called "The Farmers Support PH: Giving Financial Support to All the Farmers in the Philippines" would be a great help to the Filipino farmers that has a problem in terms of financial needs, for their crops and families. By giving them an allowance from the fundraising project, and their worries can be alleviated. This can be done with the help of the Filipino people, NGOs, and, most importantly, the government's support. With the big amount of funds we need, it might seem impossible to happen, but with the help of you and everyone else, we will be able to reach our goal.
