Update Title: A High Court Test Case Just Proved the People Still Have Power

Across the UK, ordinary citizens are standing up to abuse of power — not just from foreign lawbreakers, but from our own institutions.

On 13 May 2025, the High Court in London will hear Leighton v Ministry of Justice — a landmark case challenging unlawful enforcement, government overreach, and violation of human rights.

The Ministry of Justice failed to reply to the legal claim in time. Now, they’ve admitted in writing that the case raises matters of public interest, and could help councils, enforcement agents, and the public understand their rights and obligations.

This is a turning point.

We demand the same honesty, transparency, and lawful action from our government on border control, illegal migration, and the abuse of public trust.
