A People’s Demand. Your voices are growing louder every day and it’s clear that the public will no longer accept excuses, delays, or legal loopholes that weaken our borders.
This petition is not just a statement, it’s a demand for lawful action. Under existing UK legislation, including the Immigration Act 1971, the Border Force has full powers to detain, deport, and refuse entry. But weak political will, activist legal challenges, and a lack of enforcement are crippling our national security.
Here’s what we’re calling for:
- Emergency enforcement powers for Border Force
- Removal of legal barriers that block deportation
- A freeze on all illegal channel crossings with immediate effect
- Direct government accountability via public legal challenge mechanisms
- An end to overreach by unaccountable NGOs and foreign courts
We’ve also drafted a full legal edition of the English Border Protection Act, citing UK constitutional principles, statutory powers, and legal override mechanisms.
This is no longer a debate, it’s a legal mandate, and we intend to push it forward.
