💫✨!!!500 Signatures!!!✨💫

HALF WAY TO GOAL!!!

Some of you may have got some of the same rude reactions to this idea as I have & maybe you haven’t?  I get a good amount of negative feedback & reactions.

I’m Wasting my time. It will never happen.
It can’t happen. Don’t have this & don’t have that & yadda yadda yadda. I would much rather discuss “How do we” & That starts with signing this petition showing that we have a demand & need for our own 24hr Animal Hospital.

This is what I know…

Elizabethtown has grown in population to around 34,000. It has grown by 1,000 each year for the past 3 years. People claim there is just absolutely no staff. I don’t have the exact data but I know ECTC has a VET program & why not put together a program (if we get a 24hr animal hospital) where the vet students have a place to go to get their experience? WHO knows could end up having a job there after school? I think this kind of set up would only encourage more of the same. 

There are almost 50 (maybe a few more) “Pet Related” businesses in Elizabethtown & It’s neighbors & According to National Data almost 70% of American Households have animals which suggests OUR AREA has a very high Household Animal Population.

We Could even start out small with it by only having it open after ALL THE VETS have closed. Like a Night Shift Vet Clinic 2pm-12am as it grows & staffed it eases into a full 24hr Animal Hospital. Could Even Maybe put it in “Historic Downtown” I am aware that There is a group that gives loans for business to help maintain & restore Historic Downtown? It’s just a thought I plan on bringing up at The Town Hall Meeting. 

There Has to be a Demand for It. 
I have to at least start out by walking into that Town Hall Meeting With a Printed Petition that has some Data & over a Thousand Signatures saying YES WE WANT THIS.

A really Great Way TO NOT HAVE OUR OWN 24HR ANIMAL HOSPITAL & IT NEVER HAPPENING IS BY NOT SIGNING THE PETITION.

If I’m an investor, and a guy shows me a petition with 5,000 SIGNATURES that says YES WE WANT OUR OWN 24HR ANIMAL HOSPITAL. That looks a lot better than 500-700 signatures.

I would love 5,000 signatures but for now I’ll take 1,000 or more. We have to show there is a demand for it.
