Dear Friends, Arvind Kejriwal Ji's government has given permission for cutting and transplanting more than 300 green old trees in Ayur Vigyan Nagar colony where employees of AIIMS Hospital reside.

They are the front line COVID warriors in the midst of pandemic and also battling the rising air pollution like others. The cutting of trees is being done to facilitate construction of multi apartments and commercial area.

Transplantation of trees in the past has never been successful and they are using heavy machines like Hydras which are causing more damage to the ecosystem and trees around.

We urge Kejriwal Ji's Government to immediately withdraw this permission and other permission also. I have also filed a writ application in the honourable Delhi High Court which has also issued notice to the Delhi Government.
