After repeated complaints from Second Chancers, myself—and surprisingly—President Pennie, the CTA mismanagement wrote up at least three injured workers on the infamous Exterior Wash Crew. 

Instead of protecting these men who come to work, they were violated again and set up for termination. 

As described in my recent Class Action Grievance, the CTA mismanagement punishes Second Chancers at twice the severity as all other CTA workers. 

The abuse of these hyper-exploited workers—which includes Customer Service Assistants, PT Bus Operators and Flagmen—are at the heart of the CTA’s failure as a public transportation agency!
