🇺🇸 Independence Day is a celebration of freedom.

But for many of our veterans—including my father, Sgt. Richard Andrew Conn—freedom never came.

He fought for this country with courage and honor…

And came home to be failed by the system that promised to care for him.

On this July 4th, I’m not just waving a flag—I’m carrying a torch.

A torch for reform, justice, and truth.

For those who gave their lives, and for those who lived—but were forgotten.
