We need your help to stop yet another takeaway business at Bundoora Square

Dear Petitioners,

You may have seen that Bundoora Square is looking to convert the vacant Melbourne Bank Branch (Near the Commonwealth Bank) into the centre's FIFTH Takeaway Bottleshop. (Liquorland, BWS and BWS Drivethru and Psrakos already do the job within 100m of each other).

Wouldn't it be great if, instead of another takeaway business, it is replaced with something new, that helps bring our community together? 

A concentration of takeaway bottle shops also has consequences to the neighbourhood's health and character.

If you can spare 5 minutes. It would really help put pressure on the Council to reject the Liquor License if you could:

1. write an objection letter addressed to the
   City of Whittlesea Planning Department

   Locked Bag 1, Bundoora, MDC 3083

2. include your name and address and the Planning Permit Application Reference Number PLN-38178
3. attach your letter in an email and send it before 24 February to buildplan@whittlesea.vic.gov.au
