RDO Visited Kakarla to look into this issue on 08/Sep/2021.

Yesterday, Markapuram RDO Smt Lakshmi Siva Jyothi garu visited Sri Thyagaraja Swamy Peetham land in Kakarla. We have been asked to compromise with the litigant which we did not accept. We requested Justice instead of compromise. RDO garu inspected our rights, titles, documents and other evidences.

Further to this, we lodged 4 complaints with the Prakasam police department as we were threatened by high handed villagers who are intended to grab the valuable peetham land. There are ex Naxals in these people. They even created a forgery documents after the death of the peetham settlor. Since the conditions in village are deteriorating day by day, we decided to put the fencing around peetham and requested police protection in this regards as our earlier attempts were obstructed by these local goons. Police denied to support us. Though we submitted clear audio and video evidences to the Police, all our complaints were closed without any action against the miscreants. 

Since the person who are troubling us are backed by current Giddalur MLA, they are utilizing both the revenue and police with MLA influence in their favor and rigorously trying to grab the Peetham. 

We need Justice in this matter. Can the district administration bring the Thyagaraja Swamy out of these troubles ? We need your support.
