We are tired, frustrated and upset about our salaries being frozen AGAIN! Recruiting teachers is great but what about retaining the ones that are already here? With incentives to hire teachers from out of state the Clark County School District seems to have forgotten about the heroes they already have fighting from the front line. The district's budgetary problems shouldn't be at the expense of the teachers who are working to better themselves by furthering their education and experience through loyalty of working for the community.
