Hi Team,

Good news: U.S. District Judge David O. Carter approved a temporary restraining order, which prevents the City of Orange from shutting down Mary's Kitchen. Additionally, there will be a hearing for an injunction to block the City from shutting us down on September 30, 2021. This is progress!

We truly could not have gotten this far without your unwavering support. Every signature and every share has contributed to this milestone. Now we can continue serving the homeless community with some relief, providing nutritious meals, showers, mail services, laundry machines, medical appointments, and more.

Although we have made progress, our fight is not over just yet. There is still much more to be done. Nevertheless, thank you for helping us get one step closer to change.
