Mary's Kitchen thanks you for your overwhelming support. We could not have spread awareness about Mary's Kitchen in the short period of time we did without your help!
Although we have made it this far, we could use a little more help. For instance, at 6:00 PM on September 14, 2021, there will be a City Council meeting at Orange City Hall (300 E Chapman Ave, Orange, CA 92866). If you or anyone you know would be interested in bringing signs (e.g., #savemaryskitchen) to protest the meeting and/or delivering a 3-minute public comment about the City's action to terminate our lease early, please feel free to do so!
To all our college students, including Chapman University students, please wear your school gear!
To everyone else, please wear red!
If you cannot make it to the protest, do not worry! There are other ways you can help save Mary's Kitchen, which are as follows:
- Share our petition with family and friends at change.org/maryskitchen
- Email the City Council members and tell them to save Mary's Kitchen!
