The problem is that The Fremont Experience LLc Security is going against thier ordinance and violationing the performers rights to express themselves. I have been performing on Fremont street since September of 2020. Since being on Fremont street and performing I have grew a large crowd of over 100 people at one time. My partner and I bring people of all nationalities together to enjoy their memories of times when life was good. Since we perform down on the end of Las Vegas Blvd and Fremont we have been threaten by the generl manager of The Hennessey Tavern that he will have us shut down. He has called us out our name and manage to have that zone 5 of The Fremont Experience shut down so we won't be able to perform in front of their establishment. The Fremont Experince Pedestrian Mall was built for the people to espress themselves through music or speech or petition! They are having us now compete with their house bands on 3 different stages with over 40 speakers in the middle of the mall when they know we can't be heard. There's no R&B or Hip-Hop music, bands, singers or rappers now on Fremont. We have been selective targeted by security and discrimated against. Will you Please sign our petition.
