1. Schools: Nearby schools are already overcrowded.
2. Traffic: Will add to traffic congestion along Edgewater Blvd and increase safety concerns.
3. Lagoon Access: Public will lose most of its access to the waterway.
4. Services: Public will lose 50% of commercial space for services and shops.
5. Water: Exacerbates our water shortage.
6. Quality of Life: Foster City will lose the charm that makes it the envy of the Bay Area.
