At fourteen, my childhood innocence was violently taken from me at St Patrick’s Boarding School in Ballarat by Donald Pascal Alford.

The Catholic Church knew exactly what this monster was, yet they actively tried to hide his records, shielded him, and quietly smuggled him into America, where he abused 24 more children before dying of old age  in a warm bed. I buried that horror for 30 years after telling my adoptive Parents who didn't believe me and since the incidents I haven't had a family.  When the trauma finally broke through the surface, it fractured my adult life, leading to a dark period where I was incarcerated for 3 months. That shadow of unhealed Childhood traumas has followed me my whole life ultimately costing me my marriage.

I take 100% unconditional responsibility for my faults. I will love you until my final breath, and I am fighting to build a legacy that you and my two daughters can look upon with pride.

Because of what the church did, I now require lifelong clinical mental health rehabilitation. My civil trial was locked in for this November. To block it, the Trustees of the Christian Brothers executed very similar tactics to the infamous James Hardie playbook—transferring $2.28 billion in premium private school assets to Edmund Rice Education Australia (EREA) for fraudulent considerations of exactly $1 per property to cry poor in court. They abruptly cut off my vital trauma therapy along with other victims, while actively spending millions to fully bankroll the premium housing, comfortable lifestyles, and medical care of over 100 known perpetrators and child abusers inside their ranks.

I refuse to accept their caps, their hush money, or their NDAs. I AM GOING TO TRIAL!  When I win, I am taking their money to build a permanent, free acreage sanctuary for survivors in Craignish / Dundowran Beach, QLD whilst they go through the grueling Court procedures. 

I am fighting fire with fire. Over the last week, I have mounted a relentless full-frontal assault. I have aggressively bombarded over 40 odd politicians and federal ministers with constant emails and phone calls.                                                            I have deployed formal dossiers to 38 investigative journalists across Australia and America, and issued ironclad statutory demands directly to the Vatican Financial Unit (ASIF) and global insurance syndicates at Lloyd's of London.                                                                                            I have dragged the ACNC, the ACCC, AUSTRAC, OPP , APRA, ASICs , QBCC, VBA, N.B.A, COMMONWEALTH BANK,  Attorney-General,  Ombudsman, Human Rights and the Australian Federal Police into this fight. I am attacking this at all possible angles, I have filed a motion in the Supreme Court to pierce their corporate veil, holding the individual directors personally and unlimitedly liable for life. 

Please Sign this petition to demand the ACNC audit these $1 property deals and permanently strip their tax-exempt status ,which will cost them and their shareholders millions as thats all they care about.  They have no genuine care for wellbeing of the victims that have been created that is clear!

They took my innocence, my childhood, they cost me my family, ruined my marrige ,they tried to SILENCE and take mine and other victims JUSTICE away by using aggressive and morally corrupt Court tactics.
