The Bermuda Government are trying to ban same-sex marriage AGAIN - this time at the Privy Council.

Case Background

To date, we have won two Supreme Court cases against the Bermuda Government who have been relentless in their desire to retain a ban on same-sex marriage. The right to same-sex marriage was affirmed a third time at the Court of Appeal. Indeed the courts ruled that the Bermuda Government had violated the constitution via legislation that denied #MarriageEquality.

Not satisfied with 3 defeats in the courts, the Government are making one last attempt to deny Marriage Equality in #Bermuda via the Privy Council.
