Permit the Earlham park cafe to open during the radio 1 big weekend - Or at least provide SUITABLE compensation!

The cafe is a small local business which trades 52 weeks of the year from this location come rain or shine.. But now the bbc are bringing people they are being prevented from opening.
** NCC have offered to provide compensation for NORMAL trading despite this being an extraordinary event!
