This song is dedicated to the children that Kinship Carers Australia advocate and care for. There are many unfortunate circumstances that children are subjected to due to varying home domestic issues, or death of their parents. Things such as domestic violence, drug and alcohol abuse and other issues which don't allow children to be brought up in a safe environment. This is where Kinship Carers often step in to pick up the pieces for these children and do their best to be the caregiver they need throughout their childhood. I hope this helps to raise awareness for Kinship Carers and the important role they play in raising these kids. We hope that they aren't forgotten by government bodies & Non Government Agencies. Currently there is an epidemic of children entering Out Of Home Care, more needs to be done to help Australia’s most vulnerable children.
