Conveniently Drawing Water From The River! What Won't They Do Next??

Such a massive high rise development and it just conveniently draw water from the river next to it to use, what will this do to the river? What will it do to the environment and ecosystem?

Developers are constantly let off destroying and raping the mother earth, sucking it dry (literally) for the sole purpose of profits. Authorities, the Department of Irrigation and Drainage and the Department of Environment needs to take immediate and stern action against developer of LEA by the Hills.
