"Manchester by the Sea" actor Casey Affleck could be barred from the 2018 Oscars, but that's only if director Cameron Bossert gets his way. Bossert created a Change.org petition Tuesday where he beckoned Affleck be kicked out of the awards ceremony after the Harvey Weinstein allegations.
