Cobh municipal authorities

We have approached cobh municipal authorities asking for copy of  engineer report  on the strand. We have not got it to date. The authorities believe that such a report should n not be available to be seen by public.  We have employed a local firm of solicitor who have made an official request under the freedom of information.
