Sandra Bland was arrested for a traffic stop on July 10, 2015 by Brian Encinia.  She was found dead in her cell three days later.    Encinia was never indited, in spite of the fact, that he physically assaulted her her on camera.   It was found that the jail did not follow proper protocols  in this case. There is a new video that has come to light.  It is quite possible that this video was hidden from the grand jury.  I would like the case reopened. Please join me.
