Will the Plaintiffs Lawyers defy the Lower Courts opinion & Texas Supreme Court & deny the Plaintiffs to be heard in the Court of Law. 

It has been 8 years since this Historic legal battle for Lottery players to get FULL compensation for their Winning Lottery Tickets. 

This legal battle not only affects these 1200 plaintiffs but 6 million plus TX lottery players and all lottery players across the United States. We will finally have some sort of Consumer Protection with this Historic WIN. But to get this protection Plaintiffs MUST WIN in The COURT OF LAW.

Plaintiffs have prevailed in the Travis County Court "Thank You" to (The Honorable Amy Clark Meachum) and the Texas Supreme Court ruled in players favor. Thus, granting them their day in Court for a Jury of their peers to decide If they have winning tickets or not and get Paid FULL PRIZE AMOUNT.

I do not know of any person that would purchase a winning lottery ticket & not expect to get paid Full Prize amount.

Multiple English professors have agreed per the English language printed on the ticket they should be deemed a Winner.

Several G-Tech/IGT employees were fired over the tickets. Gtech knows as well these tickets are winners.

Legal Analyst across the state have no doubt the Players will win this legal battle & get Full compensation.

The Plaintiffs have no doubt what so ever they will win in the Court of Law thus, Finally getting paid their Life changing winnings and bring Consumer Protection across the United State.

Special Note: The TX Lottery Commission or G-Tech/IGT never once offer a $5.00 refund for their Fraudulent Tickets to the 3000 plus complaints.
