SOAH Opens SIC Case to Public Viewing!! Join us tomorrow, July 16th at 9AM.

SOAH has taken an unusual step in the Texas Water Utilities SIC proceeding: the Administrative Law Judges enabled full public viewing of the hearing on YouTube. This level of transparency is rare and typically reserved for cases with significant public interest or concern.
