We, the undersigned Tesla owners, enthusiasts, and supporters in Iraq, respectfully urge Tesla, Inc. to address the growing challenges Tesla users face in our country. As Tesla vehicles become more popular in Iraq, owners are struggling with major issues, including a lack of connectivity, the inability to access the Tesla app, no official service or repair options, and an absence of Supercharger infrastructure.  

Key Issues:
1. Tesla Connectivity & App Access– Tesla vehicles in Iraq are unable to fully connect to Tesla’s online services, preventing owners from using essential features like remote vehicle control, live navigation, software updates, and security alerts. Additionally, Iraq is not currently supported in the Tesla app, leaving owners with limited access to Tesla’s ecosystem.  
2. Lack of Authorized Service Centers– There are no official Tesla service centers or authorized repair partners in Iraq. Owners are forced to rely on third-party mechanics who may not have the expertise or proper tools to maintain and repair Tesla vehicles. This leads to safety risks, higher costs, and reduced vehicle reliability.  
3.No Supercharger Network– Charging infrastructure is a major challenge for Tesla owners in Iraq. With no Tesla Superchargers available, owners must rely on slow and unreliable third-party charging solutions, limiting the convenience and efficiency of Tesla ownership.  

Our Requests:
- Enable Tesla Connectivity & App Access in Iraq– Allow Tesla vehicles in Iraq to fully connect to Tesla’s online services and add Iraq to the Tesla mobile app to ensure owners receive full functionality.  
- Establish a Tesla Service Center or Authorized Repair Network– Open at least one Tesla service center or partner with local businesses to provide Tesla-certified maintenance and repairs.  
- Deploy Superchargers in Iraq– Begin installing Superchargers in key cities and along major highways to support the growing number of Tesla owners and encourage EV adoption in the country.  

Tesla has always been at the forefront of innovation and sustainability, and Iraq represents a growing market for electric vehicles. By addressing these challenges, Tesla can enhance its presence in the region while ensuring its customers receive the support and infrastructure they need.  

We hope Tesla will take action to resolve these issues and provide Iraqi Tesla owners with the full experience they deserve. We would welcome the opportunity to discuss solutions and collaborate on bringing Tesla services to Iraq.

ئامارەکانی ئەم دواییە دەریدەخەن زیادبوونی ئۆتۆمبێلەکانی تێسلا لە عێراقدا، ئەمەش وەرگێڕانی ئەو ناوبانگ و حەزکردنەی خەڵک لێرە بۆ ئەم براندەیە. بەڵام ئەم هەڵکشانە لەگەڵ بۆشایی دامەزراوەیی بەرەوڕوو دەبێتەوە کاتێک باس لە خزمەتگوزاری ئەم ئۆتۆمبێلە کارەباییە پێشکەوتووانە دەکرێت. 

ئێمە داوا لە تێسلا دەکەین دان بەو کێشە زۆرانەدا بنێت کە ڕووبەڕووی بنکەی کڕیاران لە عێراق دەبێتەوە و چارەسەرێکی گشتگیر جێبەجێ بکات. ئەمەش بریتییە لە دامەزراندنی ناوەندێکی خزمەتگوزاری ڕێگەپێدراو لە عێراق، دڵنیابوون لە پەیوەندی سێرڤەری نەرم بۆ نوێکارییە بێ کێشەکان، دابینکردنی سوپەرچارجەرەکانی تێسلا و دابینکردنی پشتگیری گەرەنتی بۆ خاوەنەکانی لەم هەرێمەدا. 

چێژوەرگرتنمان لەم ئۆتۆمبێلە خەیاڵیانە نابێت بەهۆی نەبوونی خزمەتگوزارییە سەرەتاییەکانەوە لەکەدار بێت. لەگەڵ ئێمە بوەستن بۆ پشتگیریکردنی مافەکانی خاوەن تێسلا لە عێراق بۆ دەستڕاگەیشتن بە خزمەتگوزارییە یەکسانەکان کە ئەوانی تر چێژیان لێ وەردەگرن. ئەمڕۆ واژۆ لەسەر داواکارییەکە بکە بۆ ناردنی پەیامێکی ڕوون بۆ تێسلا: عێراق پێویستی بە پشتیوانی ئێوەیە!
