Give European Tesla Drivers Access to the New FSD Software Stack
To: Tesla, Inc., Elon Musk, the Autopilot Software Team, and Tesla Executive Leadership

We, Tesla owners and supporters across Europe, call on Tesla to grant us access to the new Full Self-Driving (FSD) software stack via an Autopilot variant adapted to European laws and safety regulations.

For years, we’ve paid into Tesla’s promise of safer, smarter, autonomous driving. But in 2025, European customers are still running on outdated software, while U.S. drivers enjoy the advanced capabilities of FSD v12 and beyond.

 
🚘 What We’re Asking For
We don’t expect full autonomy overnight. We’re asking for something simple, fair, and responsible:

✅ Access to the latest FSD software stack—with its smoother driving, improved vision, and safer decision-making.
✅ Deployment under an "Enhanced Autopilot" or "FSD Lite" label, tailored to meet European regulatory standards.
✅ Regular software updates from the modern FSD codebase, just like U.S. customers receive.
✅ Transparency about Tesla’s European roadmap for advanced driver assistance.

Even if constrained by speed limits or legal restrictions, the new FSD stack vastly improves the driving experience:

Smoother lane-keeping, merging, and cornering

European Tesla owners paid the same (or more) for the Full Self-Driving package. Many of us pre-ordered it years ago. But we still haven’t received meaningful updates—or a timeline for when we will.

We understand regulations vary, but other automakers are already rolling out advanced Level 2+ systems across Europe. Tesla should lead, not lag.
