Virginia Town hall is now taking comments on new regulations!

I know I haven't updated you all in a while. I have been trying to find more information out about what is going on. The governor still hasn't signed the bill but it went into effect on March 15th without the approval of the Governor. I urge everyone especially Virginians to go and comment on this. I will include a link to the site just please go and comment.
