We are a group of worried students, led by a student who has been on the receiving end of unjust treatment. Personal encounters have shown that Mr. Sandoval regularly exhibits questionable behavior resulting in an unhealthy learning environment. Our spokesperson has been wrongly accused and punished multiple times, his mother being contacted unnecessarily about four times as many. This not only disrupts his academic learning, but also puts undue stress on his family life.

There are multiple incidents reported where other students have also felt mistreated. Federal data shows that frequent discipline can disrupt the learning process and push students out of school (source: U.S. Department of Education). This suggests that Mr. Sandoval's approach may not just harm individuals, but the entire educational process and community.

While we respect the dedication and effort all educators contribute to shaping our future, it's crucial for the overseers to ensure that adjudication of discipline maintains resilience, fairness, and respect for the students' self-esteem. We call upon the school authorities to investigate these allegations against Mr. Sandoval seriously, and if substantiated, to terminate his tenure.
