You are all amazing! Thank you all so much for stepping up to the plate and helping expose this abuse. I received an email from one of the rescue groups that works closely with this shelter and was informed that Dr. Blankenship no longer works there. I don't know as of yet if she quit or was terminated. We still need to continue getting signatures though. The next goal is to have her license revoked. There are far, far more incidents like this one that shall soon come to light.
