The Issue
As union contract negotiations have opened this past Wednesday, December 17th, 2025, the first round has resulted in the forced resignation of Airport Director Jorge Navas. While Jorge greatly contributed to the horrific, cruel, and malignant corporate culture at OTG - IAH, none of it would have been possible without his lapdog, Dahlia Alaniz, the current Senior Human Resources Business Partner, making sure targeted workers who drew Jorge's ire and scorn were terminated without recourse.
