We respectfully urge the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICMAI) to reconsider its current examination schedule in the interest of students’ academic performance and well-being. At present, only two exam terms are conducted each year, with papers scheduled on consecutive days and no gap for adequate preparation or recovery.

We request that the institute increase the number of exam terms to three per year and introduce at least a one-day gap between examinations. Such measures would provide students with fair opportunities to perform at their best, reduce excessive stress, and promote healthier learning outcomes while maintaining the institute’s high standards of evaluation.
