Dear Residents of the Tenaja Community,

It has come to our attention that the Tenaja Community Services District, under the leadership of Ronald McDaniel, is engaging in selective enforcement and discriminatory practices against local residents and developers. As President of the Tenaja Services District, Mr. McDaniel has multiple structures on his property that have not completed the necessary permits and inspections required by Riverside County, also he is encroaching into Fish and Game and the neighboring parcel which belongs Western Riverside County Conservation Authority, and Mr. Mc Daniel built un-permitted bridge over Blue Line Stream which contaminates the Habit and Eco System.  Furthermore, several board members also have numerous violations on their properties, yet they continue to misuse their positions within the district to evade compliance and enforcement of building permit regulations.

This discriminatory practice is not only unfair but also undermines the integrity of our community. We, the residents of Tenaja, deserve board members who uphold the same moral and professional ethics expected of all. Our goal is to foster a family-oriented community where everyone is treated equally and fairly, without fear of discrimination, harassment, or intimidation.

We call for the termination of Ronald McDaniel as President of the Tenaja Services District. It is time for positive change and for leadership that genuinely represents the best interests of all residents.
