Do you know how to make a "lab specimen" cooperate when she just doesn’t feel like it?
Answer: water deprivation.
If you restrain a primate and deny her all water for a prolonged period of time, she’ll soon become so thirsty that she’ll do anything you want!
I know something about this.
But before I share details on this newly uncovered, taxpayer-funded payout and why I write with such urgency, please allow me to introduce myself.
My name is Dr. Tiffani Milless. I am a Yale University-trained physician. I am board certified in anatomic and clinical pathology.
I study ailments such as cutaneous cancers at the microscopic and molecular level. I diagnose and treat human diseases you wouldn’t wish on your worst enemy.
Now I’m sounding the alarm.
In just a few days, our government is about to approve funding for a new round of primate WATER DEPRIVATION and brain damage experiments at the National Institutes of Health (NIH).

As a specialist in human disease, I can tell you with certainty that government spending like this is extremely wasteful.
I don’t trust NIH monkey data to guide my clinical decisions. The government itself admits over 95% of its animal testing fails in people!
And, thanks to my friends at White Coat Waste Project, I can also tell you that these water deprivation experiments are AWFUL.
If payout #1ZIAEY000511 is reauthorized, another 12 intelligent and sensitive primates are going to die agonizing deaths. Here’s the protocol:
- RESTRAIN her in a vise. Each victim’s head is cut open, slicing through the protective cranial tissue to reach her brain.
- IMPLANT immobilization posts and electrodes. The monkeys have posts screwed into their skulls to prevent them from moving during experiments and metal electrodes implanted deep into their brains.
- INJECT drugs into her brain to damage the tissue and disrupt her eye movements.
- DENY her water. Some poor monkeys go as long as half a DAY without even a single sip! This forces them to cooperate during highly invasive brain experiments.

The NIH has already squandered over $11 MILLION on this. The ‘project leader’ was paid another $6.3 million before working full-time at the NIH!
Nice work if you can get it. Especially during a recession. And don’t forget: it’s deducted straight out of your paycheck.
Well, as a doctor and scientist (and as a taxpayer!) I can tell you: the most effective way to end a government experiment is to cut off the funding BEFORE it’s renewed.
EMERGENCY DEADLINE: payout #1ZIAEY000511 is scheduled to be renewed at 11:59 pm on November 7th (this Saturday!). We don’t have much time to block it.
Please follow this secure link to RUSH your most generous gift to block this grant. Let’s fight to save the NIH 12 from water deprivation torture!
We’ve done it before. Thanks to your donations, WCW ended the FDA’s $5.5 million nicotine addiction experiments on baby primates… and retired the squirrel monkeys to a sanctuary.
And thanks to your support, WCW’s #GiveThemBack campaign made the NIH enact its first-ever policy to adopt out survivors instead of just slaughtering and incinerating them.
And with your generous support before the deadline, we can do it again for the NIH 12!
You can see why I teamed up with WCW. You can see why I’m also a WCW donor. And you can see why I write with such urgency today.
TIME-SENSITIVE: If you agree (and I know you do!), will you please rush your most generous donation to help us block this NIH payout?
Together we can end this nightmare… and save the NIH 12.
Sincerely,
Tiffani Milless, M.D.
Board of Advisors,
White Coat Waste Project
P.S. DEADLINE: the key to ending a government experiment is to block the funding BEFORE it’s renewed. But the deadline is in just a few days, and we need to shore up our campaign budget. Rush your most generous gift, so we’ll have the resources to KILL THIS PAYOUT. If we can stop the funding, we can stop the torture. But if we come up short, water deprivation and brain damage could be on the government payroll for YEARS to come. Thanks — Dr. Tiffani
